If you don't cancel a trial membership within the given trial period, you will be billed a small fee of $39.95 for each month that you continue your membership unless you cancel your membership or change your billing method. For all trial memberships, the initial trial charge includes full access to Web Detective Pro’s private membership site and all associated search and investigative materials. However, Razoreye Media reserves the right to limit daily live searches within the Web Detective membership area to accommodate bandwidth restrictions for all registered users. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the membership and stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. A membership that is still within the given trial period may be refunded to the client in the case where the Web Detective Pro service malfunctions or is not accessible to the client. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.

Subscriber and Company further consent and agree Subscriber may file its complaint with the AAA in its state of residence, but that all AAA arbitration hearings shall be conducted in California before a single AAA arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Section R-13, Appointment from Panel, of AAA's Commercial Arbitration rules. Subscriber and Company consent and agree that the AAA arbitrator shall exclusively apply.

Affiliate shall examine the terms and conditions under which the email addresses on all third party lists were originally compiled to ensure that all recipients have in fact opted-in to the type of mailing list Affiliate intends to operate.
